Public Service Perfomance And Management Department.

The department will:

  • Developing performance management plan
  • Provide guidance to the Public Service on the national performance management tools
  • Monitor implementation of performance management System
  • Develop a framework for evaluation of salaries and Remunerations for County Public Service Employees
  • Coordinate with the Ministry of Administration and Devolution on a Work benefit analysis to all employees in the Public Service i.e. Salaries, Staff pension schemes, Work injury compensation,
  • Enhance staff welfare to increase staff motivation and productivity i.e. carry out staff satisfaction exercises and address the recommendations
  • Carry out capacity and capacity building among The Board’s Staff
  • Conduct staff rationalisation in the county Public Service
