Functions of the Committee

  • Coordinate all aspects of financial management as detailed in the public finance and management act 2012
  • Coordinate the development of all plans and budgets including the C.I.D.P, Strategic plan, annual plans and all other related plans and monitor their implementation
  • Advice on remuneration, gratuities, pensions, medical insurance, WIBA in the County public service and carry out Periodic consultative meetings with the County Executive to monitor performance.
  • Advice on personnel emoluments planning for the county public service
  • Facilitate a conducive working environment for the Board.
  • Submit regular reports to the Board
