Coordinate all aspects of financial management as detailed in the public finance and management act 2012
Coordinate the development of all plans and budgets including the C.I.D.P, Strategic plan, annual plans and all other related plans and monitor their implementation
Advice on remuneration, gratuities, pensions, medical insurance, WIBA in the County public service and carry out Periodic consultative meetings with the County Executive to monitor performance.
Advice on personnel emoluments planning for the county public service
Facilitate a conducive working environment for the Board.
