Implement the Human Resource Management Policy and manual. They will deal with; induction, orientation, promotions, re designating, training, transfers, disciplinary processes, retirement, industrial relations and all HR related appeals
Lead and coordinate the development of career progression guidelines
Undertake exit interviews
Advise and coordinate all the aspects of Human Resource planning in the County
Submit regular reports to the Board
