Functions of the Committee

  • Implement the Human Resource Management Policy and manual. They will deal with; induction, orientation, promotions, re designating, training, transfers, disciplinary processes, retirement, industrial relations and all HR related appeals
  • Lead and coordinate the development of career progression guidelines
  • Undertake exit interviews
  • Advise and coordinate all the aspects of Human Resource planning in the County
  • Submit regular reports to the Board
