ALFRED MLOLWA

Mr. Alfred Mlolwa was born and brought up in Ngolia Ward, Voi Constituency, Taita-Taveta County. He attended local primary and secondary schools prior to joining the University of Nairobi where he acquired a Bachelor’s Degree in Education. He also holds a Diploma in Education from the Kenya Education Management Institute (KEMI) and a Certificate in Primary Teaching (P1) from Kilimambogho Teachers College.

Mr. Mlolwa is a career Educationist with over thirty-five years of experience, twenty-four of which he served as a Head Teacher. His exemplary managerial and leadership qualities have made him become one of the longest serving Chairmen of Qwetu Sacco, previously Taita Taveta Teachers Sacco, a role he has held for more than 15 Years.

Mr. Mlolwa has also worked as a Director of the Kenya Union of Saccos & Cooperatives (KUSCCO) a role he has played from 2011 to date. He has sat in various Boards of Management and committees in the Sacco that deal with Human Resource matters, a component that is integral in the affairs of the County Public Service Boards.

Mr. Mlolwa has been entrusted with spearheading the affairs of the County Public Service Board since 5^th January ,2020.
